HISTORY

PT. Asian Appraisal Indonesia (1973 - 2008)

·       Establised in 1973 and the first appraisal company in Indonesia;

·       cooperated with appraisal company in Beijing, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Singapore, Taipei, and Tokyo;

·       was led by Ir. Ami Soetojo Sartono, M.Sc., MAPPI (Cert) as the main director.

·       is a firm that has got a Public Appraisal Service License from Indonesian Minister of Finance with license no. 2.12.0103 according to Minister of Finance Decision Letter of Republic Indonesia No. 696/KM.1/2012 on 18 June 2012.

·       Previously KJPP Benedictus Darmapuspita dan Rekan was named KJPP Benny, Desmar dan Rekan, which was a Public Appraisal Services Firm (partnership) as the new replacement form of PT. Asian Appraisal Indonesia (perseroan terbatas), refer to Minister of Finance Decision Letter of Republic Indonesia No.125/PMK.01/2008 on 3 September 2008.
